Zucchini with Linguine
I bought a lot of zucchini when I heard it was going to snow. I made grated zucchini with linguine. I made so much, I have been eating it all week. And of course please check out my Instagram page for photos. It is 13° F. today. The high is going to be 18° F. Today I am planning to make Angela’s Cauliflower Pie. It is very yummy and she just sent me the recipe. I cannot wait to try it out. I am also thinking of making cookies. I need to stay warm and cooking in my oven is a nice way of doing it.
