Healthy Baked Ziti
Last night I made healthy baked ziti. The pasta that I used was made from corn and rice flour. For the ziti, I used part skim ricotta cheese. I used broccoli florets for extra fiber and to bulk the baked ziti. The recipe is posted on bonappetitmom recipes page. Photos can be seen on my Instagram page.
