Turkey Chili 1st of 2015
Turkey chili is always saved for the first snow of the season. It is also served on single digit days, as yesterday was. I took out my turkey chili and I recreated it. I added a little cayenne pepper for some heat. It really added a nice warm kick. I also made zucchini cous cous. I sauteed zucchini and other veggies. I used one cup of cous cous, and for the liquid I used low sodium low fat chicken stock. I added craisins and pecan pieces. It was delicious.
