Yummy BBQ Chicken
Last night I made a very fast dinner. I took a boneless chicken breast and I put on my secret spice rub. I popped it into a 375° F oven for 30 minutes. I used no oil or any type of fat. The spice rub made a crust and the chicken was juicy and delicious. I enjoyed it with my cous cous with roasted veggies.
