Jewish Holiday’s Part IV

This will conclude my series on the Jewish Holiday’s. I made my chopped liver which I finally finished up last night. I also made gefilte fish. I took out the liquid added sugar and black pepper and brought it to a boil. I then added the fish into the liquid and cooked it for 10 minutes. I enjoyed it, I never served it because nobody else eats it. My stuffed cabbage was wonderful and got rave reviews. My mothers brisket was also well received. The only issue was my carving (which I totally agree). The potatoes and asparagus was a hit as well. My soup was gone, which was great. It was an empty pot to clean. I made a noodle pudding that needs to be tweaked.I think I needed more cinnamon and another two eggs. Otherwise everyone enjoyed it. Recipes for the chopped liver and gefilte fish are  posted on the bonappetitmom recipes page. I also forgot to take pictures. I will have to do it for Friday night. I am thinking of pot roast or roast beef. This time the menu will be simpler. No fish or liver. I have another tray of cabbage in the freezer.
