Chicken Sausage and Peppers made very very easy

By : | 2 Comments | On : August 22, 2014 | Category : Uncategorized

I made a very very easy chicken sausage and peppers last night. I purchased frozen peppers and onions already prepped from Trader Joe’s.  I took a sheet tray and placed the peppers and onions in the bottom. I cut the already cooked chicken sausage and sliced it up. I added low sodium chicken  stock and baked it at 350° F for 45 minutes.  I then put it under the broiler for an additional 5 minutes.  I made angel hair pasta and it was delicious. My daughter loved it. It had wonderful flavor. I normally prep my vegetables, but i wanted to see how the frozen cooked up. It was very successful. The recipe can be found on bonappetitmom recipe page. Stay safe my fans and Bonappetit.
