Garlic whistle cous cous came about as I made dinner last night. I took out chicken cutlets which I marinaded and then grilled(to perfection). I am really getting good on my new grill. I roasted brussel sprouts and then I went searching for a side dish. I needed a starch and I did not want pasta or potatoes. I decided to make cous cous. I always add something to the cous cous every time I make it. I finely chopped the garlic whistles and I saute them with an onion in a little butter and olive oil.I then added some frozen corn kernals and walnuts. I used low sodium chicken broth and I added the cous cous. It was really nice. I tasted the garlic flavor from the garlic whistles. It was really good. The next time I would add more fresh vegetables. I did not char the chicken. I preheated the grill and then turned the flam to low. The very thin cutlets came out very juicy and tender. I was so proud. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.
