Fast Foods I
Last year I attended the Beatles and Chicago tribute concert with my friend. It was an amazing concert. We normally pick up food and we picnic at concert. We wound up at Taco Joe’s. It is fast food Mexican style. We shared the chicken and steak sandwiches. Each sandwich was accompanied by tortilla chips. We took them to the concert. The sandwiches were messy and the the taste was not great. We spent as much on the fast food as we did going into a good deli and ordering food. We do not get the chips, but who needs all the extra fat and calories. When I stopped eating fast food, I saw that I lost weight. Burger King, McDonalds and Taco Bell are loaded with fats and salt. Watching children who have grown up in a full fast food eating system, the obesity level has grown extremely high. I believe that fast food has had a hand in the obesity problem today. Not even before the super-sized menu came along, the obesity level was on the rise. I know as a working single parent that I did go thru the drive thru windows on the way home from a very long day at work. The joke of it all was that I was paying the same price for food that could have gotten from a take out restaurant that had better quality foods. I now stand very fir on that belief. This will be the first of a series of bogs on the topic of fast foods. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.

we should never forget that an increase in interaction is only beneficial when the latter is positive, and thus does not contain harmful and damaging comments.
