Shopping for One at Fairway
When I shop for one, especially myself, I shop at Fairway. There are many reasons why I do. The first is the deli products always stay fresher longer than the other supermarkets. I think the shelf life of Fairway products are higher than other markets. I also like their salads better than the rest of the stores in the area. It is especially hard to shop for someone else, but when you know what that person likes the task becomes a bit easier. I started in the produce aisle and purchased fruit that has been washed and cut. I also purchased two naval oranges, peaches and nectarines. I then proceded to the deli counter. I purchased their fabulous chicken salad, macaroni salad, potato salad and home made turkey breast. I also purchased chicken francese and brussel sprouts that were already cooked. I moved onto the aisle where I picked up some nosh foods and then to the bakery for some mandel bread and rolls. I really hope that she not only eats the food that I bought, but enjoys it as well.
