Shoprite After Thanksgiving
I am still dining off of leftover Thanksgiving sides. I have leftover chicken sausage, but i need a change. I wound up in Shoprite after I dropped my daughter off at the bus. I needed milk and cheese for Mr Max. I decided to pick up some fish for dinner. It was on sale and I do enjoy it. I will prepare it simply with evoo and garlic, salt and pepper. I miss my daughter. I do not like cooking for one. I think the reason I made extra food during the holiday was to have after my daughter went back to school. It is almost time to make my dinner.
