Chicken Thighs for the smell of it
I received a surprise of unexpected company. My dad came last night. I had some stuff in the freezer and made some pasta, (AKA) dinner was served. I just came back from Fairway and Shoprite. I did a good amount of damage in both. I feel bad serving garbage and I did not even have any food in my house is just embarrassing. Mr. Max also needed food. I did not even have a piece of fruit in the house. My fridge was just liquid. Milk, water, juices, beer, and Mike’s Hard Lemonade. I just made baked boneless, skinless chicken thighs. I just wanted to warm the house and make it smell good, like a home. I wanted it to smell like I lived here. It sounds crazy, but that is what I do. I love walking into a house that smells like someone has been cooking or baking. The only time that I smelled food that was unappetizing was my next door neighbors. All I will say on that subject was yuk. We will not bring that topic up ever again. Cooking with onions, garlic or chicken always makes the house smell good. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.
