Salad at Fairway
I was in the mood for a fresh chopped salad. I went to Fairway and I got a fresh chopped salad. I know I should buy the produce myself. Normally I do or did. When it comes to purchasing produce, I added up all the ingredients that I would put into the salad that I purchased last night. I would have to spend twice the amount of produce and there would be a lot of waste. In this respect eating for one it does pay to purchase a fresh chopped salad, rather than buying everything that will eventually go to waste. I will also get two meals out of one salad. I also like the fact that Fairway does all the prep work, and I chose the produce that I want to eat that day. If I was preparing a salad for more than me I would buy the ingredients myself and prep them myself. I am trying still for the last 4.5 pounds to get off and while I am in salad mode, I know that I can go to Fairway and get a fresh and delicious chopped salad. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.
