Condiments Galore
Yesterday I cleaned out my refrigerator. Now I have a fridge full of condiments. I have three types of mustard’s, 4 types of jam and so much more. I have ketchup, mayo, and 5 different salad dressings. I have beer and wine. I have Mike’s hard cranberry lemonade. I have 2 dozen eggs. I have pie crust. I have enough condiments to make some very favorable dishes. In the freezer I have vegetables. I have so much spinach. I also have chicken cutlets, and ham. I have stuffed cabbage and brisket left over from the holiday. I have bagels and rolls that I saved to make bread crumbs. I have an eggplant parm hero that I had leftover from my visit to New Paltz. I had leftover mandel bread and apple cake from Michael’s bakery in Brooklyn. I have Barefoot Contessa frozen dinners to try and prepare as well. I also have lamb chops, ground turkey and steaks. I must use my grill before the weather gets cold again. I am working today, so it is salad for lunch. I will use my leftover meats and spinach for dinner tonight.
