Last dinner before College Departure
My daughter is leaving for college. After a very long recovery from a horrendous brake of her ankle, she is ready to go back. After I packed her and then packed the car, I made dinner. She has been wanting ribs for a long time so and I made her BBQ ribs. I made baked beans for the side dish. I par boiled my ribs to get some of the fat off. I then put a dry rub on and put them on the grill. They came out great. We had a really nice meal together. We head out to New Paltz today. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.
