Take Out Food
There are times when I am so overwhelmed that I do not have the strength to cook. Between getting my daughter ready for college and the work on my house from Hurricane Sandy, I just do not have the strength to cook. When I do take out food, I try to pick a healthy choice. I must say that Fireside is a great go to place. It is a family run deli that is two blocks from my house. The food is fresh made every day and is consistently good. I have never had a bad meal from Fireside. Besides offering hot foods, they have the best sandwiches in Plainview. The salads are delicious. They are not made with gobs of mayonnaise. The salads are always fresh. Last night we got the ribs and rotissire chicken. Since Fireside is always busy I know the turnover is daily. More on Fireside later. I have so much to do.
