Stove top cooking
It is still very hot in NY. It is well over 92° in the shade. I had gone to Fairway on Monday. I purchased an apple chicken sausage pinwheel. I was able to make it on the stove top because the links are thin. I coated a non stick pan with a tablespoon of evoo. I cooked the chicken sausage for 4 minutes on each side. It was scrumptious. I made thin spaghetti with a jarred sauce. It was a quick delicious dinner. Tonight is a free concert. My friends and I make a picnic and we eat dinner at the field. We stop at Fairway for wraps and salads. we bring fruit and popcorn from home. It is a great night. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.
