4th of July
I could tell you that I baked extravagant desserts but that would not be true. I was planning to make a few desserts, but I went and had dinner with my dad on Wednesday night. The next morning my daughter went to Shoprite and bought a watermelon, cupcakes and a cake. There went my baking. I really was well meaning, but with little time and a heat wave in NY, this wound up to be the best decision. There is always next year. Sunday is my nephews birthday, if the heat is gone, maybe I will make a dish or a dip. That is all for today. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.
