4th of July Desserts
I do not bake. I do not like to bake. My kitchen is very small, and it would be a chaotic mess if I even attempted it. Last night at my nephew’s birthday dinner, we discussed July 4th. Uncle Sal is hosting it. It is his first time doing it alone since Aunt Jo passed way. I asked Michele about what they needed to get, and she answered desserts. Now I need to decide what to bring. Watermelon is a no brain-er. Now for the rest of a dessert menu. I am very undecided. Should I bake or buy? I can assemble a trifle. I can make brownies. I am not really sure what I should bring.
