Lamb Chops and Spinach cous cous

Last Friday when I when to meet Ina Garten at Shoprite, I purchased lamb chops. They were on sale, and I was planning a trip to Shoprite  anyway. My daughter loves lamb chops.The lamb chops looked nice. They were lean and on the bone. I purchased two packages of the chops. Last night I decided to make them. Since I know that I would not be home for dinner tonight, I made them all for my daughter can reheat them tonight. I put some evoo in a skillet. I put salt and pepper on the chops. I seared the chops on both sides and cooked them for 5 minutes on each side. My daughter loved the chops. I also made spinach cous cous. I made my own ix of vegetables. I chopped onion, peppers and garlic. I sauteed them in evoo. I added salt and pepper. I then added frozen spinach. The colors became so vibrant. I then added dried cranberries. It looked great. I added water and white wine. When I tasted it, it was a bit bland. I added two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, and some salt. What a difference. It was so delicious. By adding one ingredient, it can change the taste of the food, and definitely take it over the top. Both of these wonderful and healthy recipes can be found on bonappetitmom recipes page.
