Brrrrr It’s cold!
It is April 24th and the temperature is in the 40’s. I made a big pot of turkey and vegetable chili yesterday. I also cooked up chicken thighs to warm up the house. It is freezing in here. I am almost considering putting the heat on, but it goes against everything that is righteous. I think I had brain freeze. It was too cold to think. It is warmer today so I feel better. 43° is much better than 36°. The wind has settled down and it is much more bearable. I made turkey chili the other night when it was cold and last night we had it again. Chili is great when the weather is cold and trust me it was cold. Tonight s steak from Fairway. I think I will make a BBQ if it is not cold out. It is another busy day today with my daughter, so this will be a very short blog. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.
