Headaches and Cooking don’t mix
Yesterday was another busy day on the phone and for cleaning. I had taken out pork chops for dinner. But since my daughter went for lunch with my niece and I had the landscaper coming for an estimate, leftovers became the number one choice for dinner. Finally we are going to begin the work on the house. Now I have to pick out a roof. I must admit that I also had a headache yesterday, and I was really not up for inventing a new way to prepare the chops. With that being said, I will work on that today. This is probably my shortest blog of all my blogging, but it will get better this week. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.
