Just Plain Chicken
Yesterday was a long day. We did not get home until after 5pm. We were also very tired. I made dinner. I don’t think either of use were in the mood for anything special. I took the chicken cutlets and instead of preparing them in a new way, I just oven roasted them with evoo, salt and pepper. I made spinach and we had the leftover macaroni from the other night. It was one of those nights that dinner was not a top priority and no matter what I made it I knew it would not have mattered nor would have made the day any better. Maybe today it will be a better day. I took out pork chops for dinner and I have a whole day to create something special. No new recipes today. I will blog again tomorrow.
