EVOO
Rachel Ray coined the phrase EVOO. It is an acronym for extra virgin olive oil. It is in the Oxford Dictionary. Since it is now public domain, I feel that I can now use EVOO in my blogs and recipes, without going to jail for plagiarizing from Rachel Ray. Starting now in all of my published works EVOO will stand for extra virgin olive oil. Thank you Rachel. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.
