Below 50° Again!
When the temperature falls below the 50° F, I feel the urge to cook. I’m not sure right now what I will cook today, but I am sure it will involve something yummy. I am really temperature regulated. When the temperature outside goes above 50° F, my house heats up. Once that happens, I cannot put the oven on in my house. My house radiates heat especially in the summer. Even though it is spring, I still don’t like putting my oven on once the temperature starts to rise. I am very grateful for my new grill. I have a feeling I am going to enjoy making a BBQ on my grill this summer. This summer I want to challenge myself by preparing fish and vegetables on the grill. I have been reluctant to prepare fish and produce on the grill. I don’t know why, but I think that my fish and produce will fall apart and go straight through the grates. I have watched many chefs prepare those delicate food items on the grill this last year without screwing up their meal. If they can do it so can I. All it takes is knowledge and patience. Since the temperature is going to be warm this week, I am definitely into trying my hand at grilling fish. For today, I am back to the oven. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.
