Not sure about my soup but I heard it was delicious
Yesterday I made cabbage soup. Before I took my daughter to the doctor I made cabbage soup. I dragged out the slow cooker. I chopped up a head of cabbage and an onion. I dumped it into my slow cooker. I added a bottle of V8 spicy tomato juice and a 1/2 bottle of Sacramento tomato juice. I added about 2 to 3 tsp. salt and about 1 1/2 tsp of pepper. I added about the same of granulated garlic powder. I also added about 2 to 3 tsp. of lemon juice. I had purchased 3 small beef ribs which I added to the soup for flavor. I put the lid on and plugged it in. I then left for the doctor with my daughter. Once at the doctor, he was not happy with how my daughter was healing and told us to go right to the hospital. Right from the doctor we went to the hospital. My daughter was admitted and I never got home to try the soup. My dad still in from Florida tried the soup last night and he said it was delicious. Since I never got to try it I will assume he is correct. I would have liked to try it for seasoning but I guess I will have to take his word for it until I can go home and test it myself.
