Dinner with the family
Besides blogging, I have been thinking about what I need to get to put my house back together after Hurricane Sandy. Today my sister and I went door shopping. I then spent time with the family aka the peeps. My sister made a delicious dinner. She made meatballs and turkey sausage in an Italian made tomato sauce. She made steamed veggies, tossed salad and whole wheat spaghetti. She bought these delicious sweet yellow grape tomatoes. They are really good. They are super sweet. Her meatballs (the recipe will eventually follow) were made with a secret ingredient which is rolled oats. She said the rolled oats helped keep the meat moist. They meatballs were moist. It was a really good meal and it was nice to be with the family. Waiting on R+H to comment on my blogs. It has been 3 weeks. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.
