On a beautiful Saturday in New York……………..
It is a beautiful day in NY. It is autumn, my favorite time of year. I love fall foods. Apples, squash, tomatoes,fair food. I could eat through fall like no other season. Not that I couldn’t eat through the other seasons just as well, but I love the fall. I love fall in NY. Just a magical time. It is not crowded with the hustle and bustle of winter tourists. You can walk on a street and not get pushed and shoved. It really is a relaxing time to take in the beauty of the city.
I also love to cook in the fall. I can finally turn on my oven without blazing my air conditioners all day long. I love creating different recipes with fall foods. I love to make different types of squash. I love spaghetti squash, zucchini with tomatoes, acorn squash with brown sugar. I love to roast tomatoes and make sauce or soup. I love to prepare applesauce with all different varieties of apples skin on or peeled.
There are so many recipes that I have. I love to cook them all. I will be sharing many of those recipes soon, so stay tuned.
