Italian Chicken Tenders
It was hot yesterday, and I had a long day. I also needed to make Mr. Max his chicken liver. I marinated chicken tenders in Wishbone Italian salad dressing. Wishbone Italian dressing is the only bottled dressing I use to marinate my chicken.I put my chicken into a ziploc plastic bag and added the dressing. I smushed it all together and baked them in the oven for 30 minutes and then under the broiler for another 5 minutes. Quite honestly, I made two mistakes. the first is I should have marinated it longer and second I should have put them in the grill. I admit I got lazy. I just wanted a light and quick dinner. I used the tenders over salad, and I just ate my dinner. It was alright, but I could have done better. Next time I will not be so lazy. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.
