Instructions
- Clean the outer leaves of a head of cabbage.With the core in tact, make vertical slices about an inch thick. Place on a sheet pan lined with foil. Coat each slice with olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Flip each steak and repeat. Roast in a 350 oven for 45 minutes, flipping once during the cook time. Enjoy with any pain entree. Bon Appetit.
