Tequila Lime Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup tequila
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 limes zested
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder

Instructions

  • In a measuring cup add all the ingredients and stir until combined. In a plastic bag place the chicken. Pour the marinade over the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. BBQ the chicken 3-4 minutes per side (depending on the size of the breasts). Serve over rice. Bon Appetit.
