In a small bowl mix the mustards. In the food processor put all of your fresh herbs,garlic, lemon zest and juice. Pulse. Stream in a little olive oil until moist. Preheat oven to 450°F. Cover the lamb bones with tin foil. Sprinkle the lamb with salt and pepper. Place a layer of the mustard on both sides of the lamb. Coat both sides with the herb mixture. Roast for 22 minutes. Serve with matzoh zucchini lasgnna. Bon Appetit.
