Pepper Steak with Sauce Arturo

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. steak sliced in strips
  • 1/2 red onion sliced in half moon
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 red pepper sliced thin
  • 1 orange pepper sliced thin
  • 1 yellow pepper sliced thin
  • white rice cooked
  • 2 tbsp. oliive oil
  • kosher salt
  • 2 cans Sauce Arturo

Instructions

  • In a pot saute onion, garlic and peppers in olive oil for a few minutes. Add a pinch or so of kosher salt. Add the beef and cook quickly. Add Sauce Arturo. Cook for 10 minutes. Serve over white rice and add chopped parsley for garnish. enjoy with a glass of wine. Bon Appetit.
