Jane's Ramen Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Ramen soup
  • 1/2 can baby corn cut in bite sized pieces
  • 1/2 can straw mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 2 cups Trader Joe's Ginger Miso Soup
  • 1 lime optional
  • splash Sriracha sauce optional

Instructions

  • In a pot bring the soup to a running boil. In a deep bowl, empty half of the flavor packet. Place the noodles on top. Add the veggies. Add the boiling soup and let stand 4 to 5 minutes until noodles are soft. You can also add the juice of a lime and or Sriracha Sauce. Enjoy with a grilled chicken sandwich. Bon Appetit.
