Jane's Matzoh Brie

Ingredients

  • 1 piece matzoh
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1 splash vanilla extract
  • 1 pat butter

Instructions

  • In a bowl break up the matzoh. Wet the matzoh with water, until wet not soaked. Add the egg, salt and vanilla. In a skillet, melt the butter. Add the mixture and flatten until the mixture. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. Enjoy with sugar, maple syrup, or honey. Bon Appetit.
