Prepare your veggies into a small dice. Saute in a oven prove frying pan till soft. Whisk together eggs and milk. Add chopped parsley and rosemary. Pour the egg mixture over veggies. Mix together. Place in a preheated 350°F oven for 10 minutes. Place the shredded cheese and return for another 10 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit. Bon Appetit
