In a large skillet cook turkey over high heat, stirring often until brown. Stir in onion, chili powder, cumin, and garlic and cook 5 minutes., stirring frequently, until onion is tender.
Stir in beans, tomatoes with liquid, tomato sauce and red pepper. Simmer uncovered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice, potatoes, or pasta, topped with onion and cheese if desired. Enjoy with a glass of wine. Bon Appetit.
