Cauliflower Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower broken into florets
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup asiago cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. thyme minced
  • 1 tsp. rosemary minced

Instructions

  • In a food processor place the cauliflower and pulse until the consistency of cops cops. Place in a bowl and add the egg, asiago cheese, thyme, rosemary, and garlic. Mix to combine. With a dry cloth put the cauliflower mix and squeeze to drain out any excess water. On a pizza stone or on the back of a sheet tray lined with parchment paper, place the cauliflower mix and flatten until you get a circle and the consistency you desire. Bake in a preheated 475°F for 15 minutes. Remove, add your toppings, starting with the cheese first, to make a stronger base. Top with tomato sauce and any toppings of your choice. Return to oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes. Enjoy with a glass of wine. Bon Appetit.
