Preheat oven to 350° F. Slice the Italian bread lengthwise. Set aside. In a small pot melt the butter. Add the olive oil, garlic, parsley, kosher salt and pepper. Cook for a minute or two. Brush over the inside of the Italian Bread. Wrap in tin foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy with meatballs and spaghetti. Bon Appetit.
