Fill a large pot with lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to the directions on the package to al dente. Drain well. In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs and beat. Add half the butter, brown sugar, and salt. Add the noodles and mix to combine. In the bottom of a deep baking dish, spread the remaining butter. Sprinkle the remaining brown sugar and pat it on the bottom and up the sides. Spread the pecans over the sugar. Pour the noodle mixture over the sugar. Bake in a preheated 325°F oven about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Run a paring knife between the kugel and the edge of the baking dish.Hold the pan on its side and gently tap the sides of the pan to loosen it. Cover the baking dish with a large platter and invert it to tip the kugel out of the baking dish and onto the platter. Enjoy with brisket on the Jewish holiday. Bon Appetit.
