In a sauce pan saute carrots, celery, and onion for about 5 minutes. Add sal and pepper. Add the garlic and cook for a minute or two. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned. Add Marinelli's Fine Tomato and Fresh Basil Sauce. Cook for about 15 minutes. Serve over pasta. (I used a thick pasta.) Top with grated Parmesan cheese. Bon Appetit.
