Pineapple Mojito

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce rum
  • 2 tbsp. crushed pineapple
  • 4-5 sprigs mint
  • 1/2 lime
  • 4-6 ounces treao coconut pineapple water

Instructions

  • In a copper mug add the mint and muddle with a wooden spoon. Add the rum and the pineapple. Add lots of ice. Pour in the Treo coconut-pineapple water. Add a squeeze of fresh lime. Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lime. Enjoy with Rum Drunk Chicken. Bon Appetit.
