Cut and prep the artichokes. Cut the stem. Steam for 1 hour. While the artichokes are steaming, mix the rest of the ingredients. Allow the artichokes to cool to handle. Stuff the artichokes with the breadcrumb mixture. Drizzle with olive oiland bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 10 minutes. Serve with steak for a fantastic dinner. Adding a wedge of lemon is delightful. Bon Appetit
