Butternut Squash Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 butternut squash roasted
  • 1 can white beans drained
  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. tahini

Instructions

  • Put the roasted and cubed butternut squash into a food processor. Add the other ingredients and stream the olive oil while processing until you get the consistency you desired. Serve with pumpkin chips. Bon Appetit.
