In a large pot add kosher salt and bring to a boil. Cook pasta according to directions. Add zoodles to water about 2-3 minutes before pasta becomes al dente. Strain both and place in a big bowl. Stir in the cheeses immediately. Add the vodka sauce till you get to the consistency you desire. Add sage leaves minced and then use as a garnish on top. Enjoy with a glass of wine. Bon Appetit.
