Prep all your peppers and onion. Prep your garlic. Let the sausages come to room temperature. In a large sheet pan or baking dish add the sausages, peppers, onions, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil. Place on grill and keep turning the sausages as not to burn or put them in a 375°F oven for an hour. To make sure the sausage is done, cut into a sweet link and make sure there is no pink.
