Instructions
In a dutch oven, saute the onion in the butter. Add the cabbage, apple, stock, apple cider vinegar ,salt, black pepper, and sugar. Add the fennel, mustard and coriander. Stir and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with holiday brisket. Bon Appetit.
