In a deep pot saute the onion in olive oil until translucent. Add a little kosher salt and pepper. Add the garlic and cook for another minute. Add the ground turkey, breaking it up and cooking til it is no longer pink. Add the crushed tomato. Cook for about 30 minutes. Add the parm cheese, milk and crushed red pepper. Cook covered for at least an hour. If the sauce is to thick add water or chicken stock. Cook the pasta according to directions. Serve the pasta with more parm cheese and parsley for garnish.
