Ingredients

  • 6-8 oz. cod fillet
  • olive oil
  • mayo
  • white vinegar
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic powderr
  • onion powder
  • celery sslt
  • celery diced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. On a sheet pan lined with foil, lay the fish. Drizzle with a little olive oil, kosher salt and peppert. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool. In a bowl combine the my, vinegar, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, celery salt and combine. Add the celery and the fish. Flake the fish lightly and combine. Serve with a side salad. Bon Appetit.
