In a large pot add some olive oil. Saute the onion for a few minutes. Add the garlic, red, yellow and orange pepper and saute the veggies. Add the chicken, and sausage and cook about 7-8 minutes. Add the oregano, fennel and italian seasoning. Add the marinara sauce and cherry tomatoes. Add the white wine. Cook for an hour or two. Serve over pasta with a dollop of ricotta cheese.
