In a heavy duty pot melt the butter in the milk and bring to a boil. Add the salt. Immediately dump in the all of the flour into the mixture and stir until it becomes a ball and coats the bottom of the pot. Transfer to a stand up mixer with the paddle attachment and turn on low. Add one egg at a time and allow it to incorporate fully. Add the other eggs in the same process. Let the machine mix it until it is fully combined and you have a sticky dough. Line two baking sheets with parchment and with an ice cream scoop drop on the parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes. Once out of the oven poke with a toothpick to allow the steam to escape.
